I saw the two historic signs in Montmarte at the two addresses of the old cabaret. I searched for them and now have photos. It is interesting that le Rat Mort, another cabaret on Place Blanche, is now a strip club. It looked pretty seedy. Cool photo of the old sign. J’aime le Chat Noir.
